Agytax® is an instrument designed for the extraction of analytes in different matrixes which systemises and optimises the extraction processes. Automated extraction guarantees reproducibility, repeatability, accuracy and linearity in this process, ensuring the validation of this step in analytical methods.
The use of Agytax® makes it possible to reduce the specific cost per analysis, freeing up staff and reducing the use of solvents, analysis time, rotavap concentration steps and in some cases, the spinning step. Automated shake let decreases the variation coefficients, increasing the quality of yours results.
Agytax® allows for systematic and reproducible control of all the factors involved in the extraction process, creating parameters for: oscillation amplitude, oscillation frequency, acceleration, deceleration, shaking effect application time and the selection of shaking and idle cycles. Thus, the sample shaking step can be described in analytical methods in the same way as with spinning.
